This workflow applies information to the annotations of a QuickTime movie.

How to create the workflow with Automator

• Open Automator
• Choose QuickTime Player
• Drag "Get Specified Movies" to the workspace
  • click the "+" and choose the movie you want to annotate
• Drag "Set Movie Annotations" to the workspace
  • choose the annotations; under value double click and type the details (remember the important annotations for iTunes are name, genre, album and artist)
• Save the file as a plug-in for iCal
  • It will automatically be placed in iCal
• In iCal, move the alarm to the appropriate date and time
  • repeat as necessary
• File is stored at this location: User/library/workflows/applications/iCal/workflow
